It sure does, weh ave a serious problem with rug thieves around here. They take rugs and then sell them at the stock market. Rugs marked up like that generally won't be permitted to be sold on. It helps, sometimes. Danny's rug has that sign too. And Desi's tail flap used to say I KICK!
