Today I got to meet Robin Hobb aka one of my favourite authors EVER. No seriously, ever. She and Jodi Picoult are IT for me; nothing comes close to their standards. And I have now met them both. Life is very, very good. Of course she didn't have a lot of time for everyone there, and she looked a bit tired which is not unreasonable considering she's been travelling a lot. But she was lovely and we got to have a quick chat. I wish I'd had more time, or the money to actually go to her Q&A session tonight, one thing I REALLY want to ask her is about the wolf cob she's mentioned she raised when she lived in Alaska. Ah well. Maybe one day...

Kicking myself, if I'd known your question, i could have asked it at the session i went to. I was going to ask her about how her writing process works with her two different voices but someone else got in first
