Vancouver Opening
That was cool :-)
Those whales? Totally for the win!!!!! That was sooooo damn cool! I wanna one of those scarves everyone was wearing. And I looooved the big ol' sparkly teddy bear :P
I think the inclusion and tributes for the Geogian luge rider who passed away this morning (our time) were very tasteful and extremely sad. I felt so bad for the team when they entered. The sheer sadness on their faces when it should have been one of the most fabulous experiances of their lives...sucks. I hope they got some strength from seeing the support everyone gave them.

plus I am SOOOO super glad that Terry Fox's mother, and Romeo Dellare(sp?) helped carry in the olympic flag. SO COOL!
