Spam - work review

Sorry for the mega posting today, guys.
Got in tonight and saw there is an invite to attend my perfomance review on the 16th to discuss my "goals'. Yeah they actually wrote it like that. Like it is some sort of joke. Yeah my "goals" are to get as far from this crappy management as possible. That should go over well. I think I will say I want help to move within the company i.e out of dispatch. They are obliged to help me learn other aspects of Theiss if I ask. So I'm going to. I can't handle the lonliness on weekdays when everyone is at work, missing out on seeing everyone on weekends and having to deal with the attitude in here. I have options. Time to use them.
I will endeavour to put it far more diplomatically than that.

Goals. Idiots. I can't stand stupid management.

Although, looking forward to my own one come September! It's going to consist of me calmly informing them that I need a massive pay rise so I'm paid what other companies pay if they don't want me to walk :D

I'm going to go in very, very calmly to this, I think. I'll ask for the secondment and outline my reasons as guided by the EO policy. If they don't help me, I'll take it to the big manager who everyone says is very good. If he can't help me, I'll go direct to Theiss head office in Queensland. I've worked hard for them, but they've done their dash with me with the way I've been treated. I'll see what other options there are. Even if it's for a couple months, I just need a break from that room. SO looking forward to my Thailand trip.

That sounds like a good plan. The big manager is probably a better bet. I would also suspect they're aware of which of their managers are and aren't shit...
