Bit down today.
Soul Mobile screwed up my bill and it took forever to sort it all out. Changed mortgage to monthly. Got Uncle Pepe's apron and my shoes.Yesterday got hair cut and rest of the gifts that I needed to get before heading to paddock. Had lovely ride, met John on the way back and had a quick chat. Gave Mikky a riding lesson, she's starting to get over her nerves with trotting. I gave her a gentle push and she agreed to give trotting a go, by the end we were trotting like nothing had ever happened. Garden is looking most excellent, very tamed. Blew the voucher I got for Flower Power, got the cutest little statue of a zebra and 3 smelly candles. Not in the mood to do anything today. Feeling very flat. Am glad all gifts and wedding things are done, can start to finally budget properly again. Have Al's birthday in Jan., have again no idea what I'm going to get him. Would looooove to get one of those digital photo display things for him but the good one's are about $300, so yeah no. Will probably get him Long Way Down and those two dirt biking adventure books I found; Weekend Warrior 1 & 2. Not liking this getting paid by the month thing. It's been what.... 5 months now? Still finding it hard to get used to after so many years of fortnightly. At least now that mortgage is monthly it should be a little easier to budget.
Aunty Ala is coming down tomorrow!!! Now that IS something I am looking forward to! Very much indeed! I'm heading to the airport with folks. Won't get home until late, better make sure have all gear ready for work. Damn uit, just realise dmy 4th day will be Monday; worst day of the week busy-wise. Crap.
No plans for today. Just going to sit here, read, watch the bunny run around the house, maybe chat online if somoene interesting comes on. Just meh, flat today.
