Zodiac pets (it's a very large post!!!!)

So Blitzen on Equestrian (where I'm having a good fight about racing btw) but up a few sites that gauge how well you fit withyour pet based on star signs. It's a little hard for me to know exactly which star sign each of my pets are since I onlyknow Desi's and Pokie's exact birthdates, but I've taken some educated guess. Under cut so I don't crash your Flist.

Destiny is a Dec 8th baby, I believe that makes her a Sagittarius.
The Free Spirited Horse
A horse born under the Sign of Sagittarius is inherently honest, genuine, self-assured and free-spirited. Indeed, the worst possible scenario for this space-loving animal would be confinement. The Sagittarius Horse needs both mental and physical freedom. Captivity only leads to frustration which, in turn, results in depression and an escape artist response, since this horse will certainly investigate any means possible to attain liberation regardless of any personal injury or harm. SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human and Sagittarius pet both possess plenty of energy, but it is directed in different ways. Nonetheless, this relationship could be quite a wonderful experience, provided the human can keep up with the pet. The Sagittarius pet will probably be "all over the place," while the Scorpio human tends to be set, fixed and aimed in one direction. Thus, either human or pet will need to bend and, since such a word rarely (if ever) exists in the vocabulary of a Scorpio native (regardless of species), it will invariably be the Sagittarius pet doing all the bending. Consequently, the Scorpio human may have a difficult time in keeping this pet quiet most of the time.

Danny I have little idea about but we share our birthday, so he's a Scorpio as far as I;m concerned. I would say Sonya and Remi are the same as Nov is 'kitten' month here for both cats and ferrets.
For Sonya and Remi:

The Scorpio pet is a difficult creature to fathom. One minute he or she can be exceedingly seductive...brushing sensually up and down an owner's leg, for instance...and the next, be utterly petulant. The Scorpio pet can often appear more human than any of his or her Zodiac cousins due to the petty...yet subtle...means he or she will employ to express scorn. Animals governed by this Sign demand respect and when that respect is disregrded, then these pets will looks for ways to wreak revenge. The Scorpio Cat is a powerful cat with more than a mere sting in his or her tail. This resourceful and intelligent feline will delight in organizing things and people, finding the normal business of the domestic cat to be boring and mundane. Determination is the guiding force of the Scorpio Cat...and it is indeed a force to be reckoned with. Felines in general are never easy to fathom and this particular feline is akin to a never-ending pit, being secretive, self-controlled and devious. Deep inside (if the owner is ever able to delve that far), the Scorpio Cat is truly a rather mixed-up cat, desperately seeking love and security. A Scorpio Cat may usually be recognized by a muscular body and beautiful eyes...the ideal specimen being one with jet-black fur and eyes of deep emerald green. However, the most notable feature will be the mask of imperturbability. Later in life, this feline stands out from the rest by his or her waddling walk...the result of over-eating...and often has bow legs. Normally healthy, when this cat does become poorly, then he or she will be extremely ill. A Scorpio Cat usually does best with a Scorpio owner. (YAY SONYA AND I!!!!) However, a native of Cancer would also a good choice, despite the fact that both are strong-minded, tenacious and complex souls. The next best owner would likley be a Pisces subject, although such an owner would need to be careful lest his or her "watery" instincts add further confusion to the Scorpio Cat's inclinations. Most owners of Scorpio Cats tend to develop a special telepathic bond with this mysterious feline. The human here will probably be easily able to gauge this...and may even find it to be a rather interesting proposition, given that Scorpio natives are natural-born psychologists. If the Scorpio pet is every bit as overpowering and set as the Scorpio human...and the human wishes to remain friends with the pet...then this may be a good chance for the human to learn how to back down since, chances are, the Scorpio pet almost certainly refuse to do so.

The Taurus Dog is a plodding dog...strong, silent and determined. This canine may be led, but never driven. However, if allowed to move at a slow pace, the Taurus Dog has no problem in doing what is asked of him or her. Being close to the owner is heaven to this canine and in order to ensure comfort and security when the family is away from home, it is necessary to leave something with the Taurus Dog that bears the owner's scent. A lethargic and sometimes lazy soul, this canine would much rather sleep than run around. He or she truly appreciates a comfortable bed, complete with super-soft blankets. In short, the Taurus Dog loves to be pampered. This canine is not particularly big on exercise and should not be expected to run over the hill and through the woods...indeed, he or she will probably not even want to run around the yard. Nevertheless, this canine is fond of the outdoors and a drive around the countryside in the car with the window down (rather than a walk through the same area) will be thoroughly enjoyed by the Taurus Dog. SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human and Taurus pet will have a pleasant interaction and since both are very contolled characters, neither is likely to get in the way of the other. Aries is the first Sign of the Zodiac. The Aries Dog will live by the motto "Me First" and there will be no "please" about it. Life to this canine is an exciting, all-consuming challenge. This is a quick-tempered dog and in extreme cases, one who is downright selfish. Given his or her position in the Zodiac, however, it is only natural that the Aries Dog would want to be leader of the pack. The air temperature should not be too extreme for Pisces pets...neither too hot nor too cold. Regardless of species, they should be fed a lighter diet rather than a lot of heavy foods. If the animal must eat large quantities of food, then that food needs to be highly nutritious but not taxing on the delicate Pices system.

Since the Sign of Pisces rules the feet, then paws, claws, hooves and any equivalents must be kept well-manicured and clean with neatly-trimmed nails (where applicable). Feet should be checked periodically for burrs or any other little annoyances that can become imbedded in that area of the body. If not tended to immediately, these problems may result in something far more serious. Indeed, the Pisces pet will be more vulnerable to such ailments since, so to speak, it is his or her Achilles heel. A relationship with a Pisces companion can be most rewarding to an owner. There will be bonding on a level that defies explanation but then, nothing needs to be explained. Both pet and owner will...somehow...simply understand.

SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human will love his or her Pisces pet almost as much as the Pisces pet will love his or her Scorpio human. This pet will always be at the Scorpio human's beck and call and, in return, the human here may possbily be humbled (albeit in a subtle way) by such devotion. The Scorpio human could even regard his or her Pisces pet in something of a saintly light, and the inherent prowess of Scorpio natives (regardless of species) will likely be quickly forgotten in the presence of this "heaven-sent" pet. A Scorpio human will doubtless hold on dearly to his or her Pisces pet...cherish the pet...recognize the pet's superiority...and revel in the magic existant within this relationship. *giggle* Well I do love her, but I'm not in awe of her :-D
