He was a special little kitten-cat, I just wish I coul dhave done more for him. Well looks like Tom will be getting the ol' boot in the butt on Monday, by all appearances, I spoke with the duty officer last night, and apparently the Big Wigs have become involved. Even if he tries to due the company for unlawful dismissal, it'll still be cheaper to pay that out than keep putting up with and fixing his screw ups. We reckon there is something seriously wrong with the guy, like medically mentally. He just doesn't process anything. When he gets pulled up for doing something stupid/dangerous, he thinks we're picking on him. Never mind he;d dealing with extremely high pressure water main that can easily kill you if you don't follow safety procedures, power tools, chemicals... not to mention driving a heavy truck... *sigh8 I don't WANT him fired, but I and the other dispatchers just can't deal with him anymore.
