Often on this page we do our best to help you handle the hardships of working life. Managing the meetings, dampening the drama of deadlines and reducing the repugnance of reports. But today we want to help you flip the script, because sometimes like when you have a clawminal cat child, the only way your belligerent boss is going to learn that they had better leave you alone and stop bother you is to get all up in their face, matching their maddening energy and giving them a taste of their own medicine.

So we made this list of feisty feline funnies that you can channel when you are ignorantly ignoring your boss. So get yourself a pen and paper to note down your favorite feline feistiness to keep in your pocket for later. Just make sure to use them wisely.

Being a pawrent is a tall order in this world. Not only are you tasked with the trouble of working through the week, but in all and any of the limited free time you actually have leftover, you end up caring and chasing after your cat or hooman child. And with all that calamity and chaos surrounding you the very first thing you need is just one simple and sweet minute to yourself.

Which is exactly what we figured you might need, and so we made this list of chill cat memes for pawrents such as yourselves who just need a minute. Because there is nothing more restorative and refreshing than being reminded that cat and hooman children can be chill, and that if you keep on keeping on, you too might manage to make it to the point where your child calms down too.

Oh, man. This night will never end. It started with us trying to go to sleep normally, but then our cat decided to jump on us and meow loudly right at our faces. We thought this was where it ended, but then the cat meowed loudly for us to get up and open the balcony door, so they could… watch bugs or something, we have no idea. And did it end there? Nope. When 3 am hit, our cat entered a serious zoomies mode. He started parkouring on all the furniture while screaming at ghosts, and we stayed awake.

Since we're already awake, we did some zoomies research and found something that might pass the time - hissterical cat memes for waiting out your cat's zoomies session. Like, you're already awake because your cat decided to cosplay a demon tonight or something, so you might as well enjoy some silly feline funnies while you're at it. All this meowing cat comedy will keep you awake and laughing.

We know that we complain about cats being chaotic a lot. We do, we know. It's just not great when their chaos is directed at our favorite vase. But we don't actually hate it. Our cats being chaotic little criminals is one of the things that we love them most about them. Truly. Because it's just… so funny. Cats stealing food off our plates when we turn around for exactly 0.3 seconds? Funny. A cat being on the run after robbing a supermarket and stealing precisely 3 sausages? Hilarious. A delinquent cat stealing socks and causing problems in a couple's marriage? Way funnier than you would think it could be.

And today, a cat messing with a person and their crows. Yes, messing with them. Because that is exactly what this cat was doing. There is no other way to explain such silly behavior. And we love it. Happy ending for all… more or less. If you consider having 50 crow companions as a result of saving them from the delinquent cat a happy ending, that is.

As a fellow feline fanatic, we are not afraid to admit that we do a lot of weird things with our cats. We sing them made-up songs on the daily. We kiss their smelly, tuna mouth gladly. We let them sleep on our faces at night, knowing full well that their paws are disgusting. We dress them up in awwdorable outfits and let them walk down their own purrsonal catwalk. But we have never licked our cats. Although the thought has crossed our minds before.

We mean, it kind of makes sense. Cats lick things all the time. They seem to enjoy it. Maybe one day, we will try it on one of our own cats, but certainly not a stranger's cat. Well, that's what this Missouri homeowner found when perusing his purrfectly normal door-cam footage… until he found out it wasn't normal at all. The delivery guy can be seen licking his cat after delivering the package, and then walking away. Yes, you read that right. Scroll down to see it for yourself!

Good meowrning, feline friends and fam. We woke up this morning with our cats littered around us like someone sprinkled sprinkles on a cupcake, and if you love cats as much as we do, that's the best way to wake up. It was so meowrvelous, in fact, that we had a lot of difficulty prying ourselves out of bed to go to work today. Well, we have a lot of trouble getting to work every day, but that's a story for a different day.

The only thing that we knew would pawsitively bring us some happiness today would be the joy of scrolling through some fluffy feline funnies. If we must leave our cute cats at home for 8+ hours, we need to fill our kitty comedy quota with the help of cat memes filled with catnip comedy. Be warned, though - these memes are purrfectly addictive. You might not want to stop, but that's the whole point. There are enough silly kitties in the form of memes to keep you occupied until you get back to your purrfectly precious felines at home. Enjoy!

Ah, the story of the cat hater. We have heard many of those. People keep telling us that they hate cats, but we know the truth… We, real cat people, know that they simply have not met the right cat yet. Yes, it is that simple. Cats can win anyone over. We have seen it time and time again. We've seen dads who've hated cats their whole lives suddenly get adopted by a cat and fall in love with them. We have seen moms who hated cats fall in love with a single-braincelled orange kitten who stopped at absolutely nothing to make that happen. We've seen a boyfriend who hated cats go out of his way to save their girlfriend's cat when it got stuck in a cupboard, therefore forever losing his cat hater card.

And today, another story. A girlfriend who hated cats - truly and honestly hated them - was won over. And all it took was the cat showing her a little real affection at a time when she needed it. Yes, it really is that easy.

Kittens can find themselves in the darndest places. Stuck in their curious adolescent dog, feline babies are not only over-equipped to climb up the highest trees or burrow deep into the narrowest drainage pipes, they're not exactly smart enough to get themselves out of purrcarious pawsitions. But that's where helpful hoomans come into play.

This construction worker was not the kind of man you'd expect to be cuddling up to the smolest kitten, but when a litter of kitties caught in the wrong place at the wrong time turned up on the job site, he stepped up to be a hero. With rough, workman's hands and a soft, cat lover soul, he managed to save 1 lucky tortie who will always have a place to call home from now on—all thanks to one strong man who skipped a meal on his lunch break to take the kitten to the vet.

This cat parent has had enough. For five years, Winnie the cat has lived a peaceful, well-cared-for life. Until a new roommate started bulldozing every boundary. Despite calm, repeated requests, the roommate keeps feeding Winnie treats she shouldn't have, manhandling her when she tries to escape, and overstimulating her despite clear warnings. Dismissive remarks like "she's just a cat" only add fuel to the fire, as do passive-aggressive reactions and suspicious "accidents" with personal items.

At its core, this isn't just about one cat's comfort. It's about respect. Boundaries matter, especially when it comes to the care of a living creature who can't advocate for herself.

With a trip coming up, this guardian is stuck between concern and conflict. A smart short-term plan? Make sure the cat-sitter knows Winnie's needs and keep her safely in a closed room. One final, clear message to the roommate might be necessary. Not to win her over, but to protect Winnie. No drama, just firm lines. It's not about control. It's about care.

This feline fairytale started with a surprise ambush… of the adorable kind. While out on a walk, a stray kitten scaled this cat guardian like a tree and refused to be ignored, meowing at their door until they finally gave in. Since then, he's claimed the household as his own, complete with cuddles, intense eye contact, and enough charm to win over both the human and their husband.

The catch? They already have two pampered rescue cats, and adding a third could tip the balance from cozy to chaotic. To buy time, they enrolled him in a foster program with a three-month adoption deadline. If no one claims him, he officially becomes part of the family.

The heart says keep him. After all, he did climb his way in like it was destiny. But the brain says wait and see, because three cats means triple the vet bills, litter, and long-term commitment. Still, when a kitten chooses you, it's hard not to feel like the universe is trying to tell you something. For now, he's got a warm place to stay and a shot at becoming the household's third purring prince.

Just because you don't speak the same language as you pet cat doesn't mean you can't communicate with them. They might not understand the utterly human things we try to communicate, like critical thought, philosophy, etc. But they can definitely catch vibes—better than some humans can! So don't ever stop trying to talk to your furry feline friend! They only meow to us humans because they know we use mouth noises to communicate. Sure, it's not in any language we know, but they're trying their best! It's the least we can do to try our best. In fact, go ahead and just meow at them all the time and see what happens. Maybe you're admitting to war crimes or maybe you're actually able to let them know that you love them more than anything ever in the entire world. But let's be honest, you're probably already doing that…

The hardest thing is seeing a meme and wishing you could send it to your cat. Like, if they could read they would be LOLing along with you. Some memes are just sooooo your pet, you know? We know, we just wish our feline friends could know too… Until then, let's laugh at these memes below together!

Look, sometimes we manage to hold it together and that is great. But there are times, like perhaps this Monday we are presently in, that it is no longer possible to hold it together, and you are feeling more frenetic than a cat who found a half full soda can, guzzled its contents and proceeded to turn into a combination of Spider-Man and the flash.

And you know what, that kind of mania can be marvelous when you would otherwise be stressing and sweating, because at least in that mania you are doing you, you are living your best life, even if only for a moment. So to help you feel less self-conscious (if you needed it at all) in your mania, we made this list of manic feline funnies to match your Monday mood. So sit back, or upside down, or whatever way your mania makes you, and get ready to relate and be inspired by these feisty felines.

Oh, cats. Some say we cannot live without them, and some will lie. Cats are an integral part of human existence, but not just because they're very present - but because cats are essential to maintain the sanity of humanity. They do it by absorbing all the silliness they can get. This is why cats are so silly, we cannot think of any other explanation. And by being this silly, cats make us laugh, which releases serotonin and helps to calm us down. Isn't it great? Cats are silly, and that actually helps us, humble hoomans.

If you feel like you need this extra cat silliness in your day, but are not sure how to acquire it - you can start right here. We gathered these absolutely silly feline funnies for this exact reason. They're as silly as cats, they're as hilarious as cats, they're hissterically funny like cats are, and they'll give you that silly serotonin boost you need to get through the day.

We're so lucky cats exist and sillying-up our existence.

We here at I Can Has Cheezburger believe in second chances. You never know what someone could be going through when you meet them, and sometimes, kitties (and hoomans) just need the right environment to help them feel purrfectly safe. That's why we always take what shelters say about their cats with a grain of salt - because we don't know many cats that actually show their true colors while living there. Imagine how stressful it must be to be in a cage all day, surrounded by cats you don't know. To us, that sounds like heaven, but to another cat, that might be their worst nightmare.

So when this kind purrson took a chance by adopting this long-standing shelter cat who was labeled as "extremely aggressive," we had a feeling it was going to work out for the best. As soon as the cute kitty got home, they turned into a snuggle-obsessed cuddle monster (just as we suspected). Scroll down to read their full story below!
