Banana Bread

maggies_lens100g self raising flour, 50 g unsalted butter, soft
75g brown sugar, 50g sultanas, 12 g walnuts
1 whole egg, 225 g mashed ripe bananas
preheat oven to 180 degrees
rub butter into flour until combined, stir in sugar, sultanas & walnuts, followed by egg and mashed bananas
mix together well to combine, then bake for 30 mins.
