Caroline has started job hunting. Luke possibly resigned this morning.
Victoria has gone to call taking only. Lauren has gone to QLD call taking. Ena has gone into breeder mode.
I'm still not allowed to touch dispatch.
This is ridiculous.

I think we're all getting quite jack of the fact our roles were sold to us as one thning, but are turning into something else entirely. Esp for Luke and I. I saw this coming with Luke for a few weeks, I suspected he was job hunting. They really sold him a lemon here...and I'm very, very wary of my position too. Let's just say this place is on probation in my mind at the moment. I've started putting feelers out in case things don't progress for me here...

Caroline - has been called an insecure fat girl to her face
Luke - VERY bright, very hard worker, had been told he was to develop his position as he wisheds as it's brand new...then suddenly he's become very little more than a call taker. Any new suggestions etc have been shot down without giving him a chance to even eleborate.
Ena - decided to breed
VIc - Has TB (still unconfirmed but health department says we're safe) so needs a very non-stressed role while undergoing medical treatment.
Me - I don't know WTF...I think THINK they are waitingh for the other girl who is supposed to train with me now to come back from AL, but I'm not sure. I have heard some very disturbing things here about how dispatch has been run in the past.
