Omgomgomg! I love hares. They're kind of my spirit animal (I have a little moon-gazing hare on the belly ring that Ben had made for me as a bribe to marry him). I guess I'm not totally surprised to hear that they're not very popular in Australia ... I don't suppose any non-indigenous animal is very popular, particularly not when they enter the ecosystem. But still. Hares. <3

I love hares :) I love all animals really, and am very over the projection people here put on them. Hmmm, introduce a species that is destructive... LET'S HATE THEM! Let's just ignore the horrific environmental damage we do, the over breeding of humanity, the way we treat each other and animals, being the only animal on the planet which truly kills for pleasure...oh but nooooo, ANIMALS are the ones we should despise...
